You probably have some questions

Where Did This Idea Come From?
Shana Rishona Gift is the response to the growing communal need to make sure that our young married couples are starting off on the best footing possible. Learning to become a great spouse is an important skill set and we are dedicated to helping young couples create a very solid marital foundation.
Why Get This Gift?
Because even the most perfectly matched couple goes through a learning curve in the first year and it's worthwhile to have a professional available to navigate as needed.
Who Is Running This Program?
Rabbi Dovid Fredman, LMFT, M.A., M.Ed - is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has been working with couples and families of all backgrounds for the past 14 years. A student of HaRav Aharon Lopiansky Shlita, HaRav Yitzchak Berkovits Shlita and HaRav Eliyahu Reingold Shlita, Rabbi Fredman has a solid understanding of the complexities of a new marriage in this day and age. Rabbi Fredman and his team are committed to ensuring the best possible guidance and counseling to be provided for your children's needs.
What's The Catch?
No catch. This gift is a straightforward way to help your children get off to the best possible start on their next chapter of life.
What About Privacy?
Once this package is purchased, parents and grandparents will no longer have involvement in the process. This means, if they call to ask if their children have utilized the package, the SRG team members will let them know they are bound by confidentiality and will not share any information about the usage of this gift.
Who Can Purchase This Package?
Whether you are a parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt or simply a caring friend, you can purchase the Shana Rishona Gift Package for the chosson and kallah. Both the chosson and kallah's parents can also purchase this gift together.
How Does This Whole Process Work?
5 Easy Steps:
1) You purchase the package for the chosson and kallah.
   a) Feel free to let the couple know this gift has been purchased for them. Either way, we will be sending a gift certificate explaining the Shana Rishona Gift Package to the couple.
2) We send a gift certificate to the chosson and kallah which has a one year shelf life from the chasunah.
3) We reach out to congratulate the new couple three months after the chasunah and discuss the benefits of the Shana Rishona Gift Package.
4) The couple chooses the professional they would ideally like to work with.
5) One of our team members sets up an initial appointment with the chosson and kallah.
What Happens If They Want More Sessions?
If the couple decides they want more than the three sessions, they can work out the details of the following sessions with their counselor.
Are There Other Package Options?
At this time, the Shana Rishona Gift Package includes what is being offered on our website. We are working on more options for the future.
